Join Sky Lakes Medical Center as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate and be part of a strong team of Family Medicine providers in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This is a highly flexible position where you will have autonomy while working in a primary care outpatient setting. There are no required procedures, but being comfortable with basics such as suturing, casting, splinting, and toenail removal is ideal. This is an opportunity to join a collegial group in a position that offers unprecedented flexibility and autonomy while serving patients throughout southern Oregon. Position Details:
- Full-time outpatient-only position
- Monday to Friday schedule with 1 day of administrative work
- Flexible schedule with a large amount of autonomy
- Low call volume with rotating call across entire team
- Call is only 1-week 2 times per year from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Typically work with 16 to 18 patients per day Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $135,000 and $140,000 per year
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance is available

- SLRP loan repayment options Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a board-certified/board-eligible NP/PA
- 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred
- New graduates with familiarity with Family Medicine are welcome to apply
