Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in EMR.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and sudden changes in patient conditions.
Qualifications:
- Active OH RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
