Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Manage, train, and inspire a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Strategize & Execute: Design and implement sales strategies that align with agency objectives and market trends.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze & Adapt: Monitor market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional client experience.
- Track Performance: Oversee sales metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty (2-20) license required.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in a sales management role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a successful sales team.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time onsite in the Fort Myers, FL office (no remote option).
