Our vision is to reduce health disparities among community members while planting the seeds that change the entire healthcare delivery system for medically vulnerable individuals.DETAILS:- Work in our newly expanded clinic alongside a part-time Psychiatrist- Behavioral health team onsite includes LCSW, MSW, and case manager, along with other support staff- Potential for hybrid work!- Responsible for providing psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients of all abilities who are referred by the primary care team- Patients are scheduled for 20min, 30min or 60min. 60 min for new patients, 20 or 30 min for follow-up, depending on complexity- Must be able to interact with people of various socioeconomic statuses and can address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
