Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Physical Therapist at Weymouth Physical Therapy, located in Weymouth, MA. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs for patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, and chronic conditions, relieving pain and promoting physical function and mobility. Qualifications Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals Strong attention to detail and organization skills in managing patient documentation and medical history Experience with manual therapy, gait training, and therapeutic exercise, as well willingness to expand knowledge base through continuing education Familiarity with EMR systems and computer proficiency Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience in working with patients dealing with pain and injury
