Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions. No prescribing or treatment required. Utilize a Goniometer for assessments. Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required. Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs). Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Submit Reporting/DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements. Additional Requirements: Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R. Certification eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R. State License in Oregon.
