We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Cardiologist to support growing patient demand and replace two departing physicians. Practice Highlights: - Large, multidisciplinary cardiology team
- 13 physicians when fully staffed (6 General Cardiologists)
- 7 Nurse Practitioners
- New vascular surgeon on board with PA support
- 1:6 call schedule with 9 cardiology fellows taking partial call responsibilities
- Paid call - $500/night
- Team-based RVU model
- Average 14 - 20 patients/day
- Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM; Friday half-day (paid as full 40 hours) Compensation & Benefits:
- $560,000 guaranteed base salary (2 years)
- $100,000 signing bonus
- Quarterly bonuses - average annual total of $130,000+
