We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to supercharge our leadership team in San Bernardino, CA. As our CFO, you’ll be the architect of our financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health while fueling expansion and innovation. You’ll work closely with executives, operations, and IT to deliver results that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a nationwide operation
- Oversee high-volume accounting functions, financial controls, and technical accounting
- Manage IT operations and champion process automation
- Partner with supply chain to optimize financial performance
- Drive revenue management, cost controls, and operational efficiency
- Lead mergers & acquisitions strategy and execution to accelerate growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 9+ years of multi-entity finance leadership experience
- 10+ years supporting nationwide organizations
- 7+ years managing IT teams and system automation
- 5+ years as CFO in a 750m - a billion-dollar organization
- Hands-on M&A leadership experience (integration, a plus)
- A dynamic communicator and trusted business partner with strong negotiation skills
