At Channel ABA, we’re a small, mission-driven team providing compassionate, assent-based ABA services. We're currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are either certified RBTs or actively working toward certification.

Your Role:
-
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
-
Support children and adolescents with autism
-
Track data, follow treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams
-
Receive ongoing training as you work toward your RBT
What We’re Looking For:
-
High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
-
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
-
Evening availability (3–8:30 PM)
-
Willingness to pursue RBT certification (we’ll support you!)

Reliable transportation & ability to travel up to 45 mins
-
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Spanish-speaking a plus!
