$10,000 sign-on bonus for FT RNs with ≥1 year experience. Charge RN—Neuro unit (4400). Full-time days, inpatient 18-bed unit (6:1 ratio) caring for stroke, neuro/neurosurgical, spinal and urologic patients. No contract; Mercy hospital location (hiring state). - Current RN license (state or compact)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- BLS and ACLS required (or within 90 days)
- ≥1 year RN experience for sign-on eligibility
- Ability to coordinate care, lead team, and manage unit workflow

Patient Population:
Stroke and back surgery; patients with neurological/neurosurgical/surgical and urological diagnosis.
Qualifications: Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure:
Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
Certifications:
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
