• Clinical Shift Schedule: 40 hours/week | Variable 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (7:00a – 5:00p typical)
• On-Call Shift Schedule: 1 weekend call per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (majority age 12+)
• Case Mix: General surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, GI, EP, IR, MRI, structural hearts (excluding OB, burns, transplant, open heart, sick pediatrics)
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 378
• Trauma Level: Level II
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: 17 Main ORs, 7 DSC ORs, cath labs, endo, radiology
• Support Staff Available: Supervision model (up to 4:1 ratio)
• Reason for Coverage: Ongoing coverage need
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: 30–45 days (licensed) | up to 90–120 days (if licensing required)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered (lodging up to $3,000/month; flight up to $500 roundtrip; car rental up to $50/day)
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General anesthesia cases
• Spinal blocks
• Level II trauma anesthesia
• Arterial lines (optional)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Open to licensing (ID preferred)
• Board: NBCRNA required
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (may consider 6 months)
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable in supervision model; no OB, epidurals, or central lines required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols
