Position Details:
Patient Population: Primarily adults; limited pediatric cases
Setting: Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital Anesthesia Department
Responsibilities:

• No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases

• CRNAs are supervised in a 4:1 model

• Most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia

• CRNAs place their own arterial lines
  Required Procedures: Arterial line placements
  EMR System: Not specified
  Support Staff: Team of CRNAs and supervising physicians
  Days Per Month: Flexible scheduling
  On-Call/Weekends: Not applicable

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA Required

• Active MI license Required

• Clean background with no license actions Required

• BLS, ACLS, PALS Required

• Any time off must be requested up front Required

• Current flu vaccine or medical exemption Required

• Local providers highly preferred (mileage only or all-inclusive rate)
