Work at a Magnet-designated hospital with advanced cardiac and pediatric echo cases. Echocardiographer (Registered) — weekdays with rotating weekends, 07:30–16:00; full-time clinical role at Methodist Richardson Medical Center (acute care hospital); ongoing/permanent position. • ARDMS (AE and/or PR) required or pediatric cardiologist attestation as substitute
• High school diploma/GED; echo program preferred
• Current BLS required (ACLS preferred)
• Experience performing adult and/or pediatric echocardiography

Hours of Work : 0730 to 1600
Days Of Week : Weekdays and Rotating Weekends
Work Shift : Job Description : Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients by performing echocardiograms.
Your Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred. • ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required. • A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS. • Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.
