A well-established, private Family Medicine practice in beautiful Eugene, Oregon , is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our close-knit, collaborative team. You'll work alongside one physician and two advanced practice providers in a supportive, patient-centered environment committed to delivering exceptional care across all age groups.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Patient Load: 16-18 patients per day
- Patient Population: Pediatric, adult, and geriatric
- Hours: 7.5 patient contact hours per day
- Call: Minimal, phone-only call 2-4 days per month from home
- Practice Model: Designated 4-Star Patient-Centered Primary Care Home by the state of Oregon

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in a Family Medicine clinic
