Growing family medicine practice in N. Hollywood, CA is adding a Nurse Practitioner to their team. Monday-Friday 8-5 hours, with the option of working Saturday and taking a weekday off. Adult patients 18+

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Female pelvic exams
• Breast cancer screening
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
