Compensation: $90,000 to $115,000 base salary + competitive director bonus + equity partnership opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on patient care in outpatient orthopedics, while offering the most in-demand services and specialties tailored to your community’s needs.

• Lead clinic operations: team development, scheduling, and performance

• Build referral relationships with physicians, surgeons, and local providers

• Grow your clinic through community outreach and networking

• Build, mentor, develop, and lead your own team

Requirements & Skills:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the respective state (or eligible) required.

• At least 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics.

• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, surgeons, and community partners.

• Passion for patient care and team development.

• Self-starter mindset with ability to drive results and problem-solve.
