Speech Therapist – Pediatric (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Fair Lawn, Paramus, Secaucus – Northern New Jersey
Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our dynamic and growing private practice in Northern New Jersey. Our team provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily treatment notes, progress reports, and plans of care.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Conduct reassessments as needed based on insurance or clinical guidelines.
- Provide parent/caregiver education and home exercise programs.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families.
Requirements
- Pediatric experience is required.
- Availability on weekdays during late afternoons/evenings.
- Valid NJ SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
