- Provide and coordinate both direct and indirect nursing care, ensuring accurate assessments, timely interventions, and compliance with individualized care plans and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule, documenting all care activities, condition changes, and updates to medical and nursing plans.
- Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), promoting regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, preparing reports and ensuring all parties are informed of resident status changes
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
