Locum Nurse Practitioner - Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity in Toledo, OH

Job Responsibilities:
- Suture removal and treatment of illnesses
- Ordering and interpreting tests
- Writing prescriptions and coordinating care
- Participating in rounding and pre-operative physical exams
- Providing care primarily to adult and geriatric patients
- Maintaining documentation using the EPIC system
- Responding to on-call duties (10 days/month)
Qualifications:
- Experience in cardiothoracic surgery preferred
- Ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- 100% clean background check mandatory
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification from ANCC or AANP
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Relevant training and experience in a clinical setting
