Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours weekly

• ️ Patient Load: patients/day full spectrum outpatient care (all age groups)

• Disease prevention, acute/chronic illness management, wellness & health education

• Prescribe meds, order tests, perform routine vaccinations

• Direction of clinical & reception staff with collaborative care approach

• EMR: Athena Strong documentation practices essential

• Rotating Saturday coverage & limited on-call required

• Leadership encourages innovation, clinical independence, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family or Internal Medicine

• Active NJ medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA, CSR/CDS, BLS

• Clean malpractice history required

• Passion for value-based, patient-first care
