- EM trained and can be flexible on availability including new grads
Practice Details:- 32 room department recently renovated and optimized
- All day and evening shifts; no overnights
- Full time is -hour shifts per month
- Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
- Adult and pediatric hospitalists do their own admissions
- Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts
Compensation and Benefits:$450,000 base salary$75,000 sign-on bonus$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)$6,000 CME annuallyTime off is already deducted from scheduled hours (1776 worked hours)Location:Centrally located in Mattoon, Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.The cities offer a small town feel while offering larger city amenities such as shopping, family activities, cultural activities and leisure.
