Manpower, a leading organization in workforce solutions, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the staffing support team, helping connect talented individuals with meaningful employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for building relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Identify, assess, and place candidates across a diverse talent portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and community partners.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience or exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus.
  • Strong writing, recruiting, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
