About the Role
Accel Therapies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, payroll oversight, and the overall employee experience. This role is people-facing and decision-heavy, serving as a trusted partner to managers and employees while helping guide HR processes and initiatives across the organization.
You’ll work closely with HR leadership and operations partners to ensure a compliant, consistent, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation, performance concerns, and workplace issues
- Support employee relations matters and investigations, escalating when appropriate
- Interpret and apply federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with HR Operations on compliance execution and audit readiness
- Own or support payroll processes and reviews (final ownership based on team structure)
- Support onboarding, training initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes
- Contribute to employee engagement programs, surveys, and action planning
- Lead or support HR projects, process improvements, and change initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
- Experience supporting payroll processes and employee relations
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
