• 12-hour shifts 7 pm - 7 am
• Medical ICU 10 patients, surgical ICU 20 patients average
• Hospital setting with medical and surgical ICU
• Resident support available during night shifts
• Coverage for physician replacement
• Sepsis protocols, sedation protocols, TTM and stroke ordersets
• Central line placement support from IR and anesthesia
• Ultrasound and advanced airway equipment available
