Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
OTR Company Drivers
- Top 10% of drivers earn $102,000 per year
- Earn up to 68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
- Base pay: 50-60 CPM
- Base percentage pay: 31% + up to 2 CPM in bonuses
- 5-7 days out, 34 hours at home
- Paid flatbed tarping and load securement training
