We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established healthcare practice in Maryland. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, committed to high-quality patient care, and experienced in managing both acute and chronic medical conditions. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with limited weekend requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform routine physical examinations, preventive care, and wellness visits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and overall wellness.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Adhere to clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (required).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a primary care setting.
