This position is for a Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Modesto, CA, specializing in comprehensive women's health services within a well-established Laborist program. Responsibilities include managing both low and high risk pregnancies, performing deliveries (including cesarean sections), conducting ultrasounds, and providing surgical gynecology care. Opportunity:
Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
• Start date of 10/12/2025 with ongoing assignment opportunity
• Work in established Laborist program providing 12 and 24-hour shifts
• Handle 10-15 patient encounters per shift
• Manage low risk pregnancies (required) and high risk pregnancies (preferred)
• Perform FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
• Conduct OB Ultrasounds including Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted anatomic ultrasounds
• Perform routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps deliveries
• Handle decision-making for c-section cases
• Manage complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech presentations, and abruptions
• Multiple births management (preferred)
• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office/minor gynecology services - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
• Perform surgical gynecology procedures including open and laparoscopic surgeries
• Conduct diagnostic/minor procedures such as tubal ligation, LOA's, and chronal tubation
• Perform operative/major procedures including ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
• Active California medical license required
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe of 30-60 days

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
