Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join talented team just outside of Salem, OR.
- Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day.
- Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth, to acute concerns and chronic illness.
- Number of patients seen per day:
- EMR is EPIC
- Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
- Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers.
