• Job Setting: Critical access hospital
• Credentialing: Missouri state license, DEA, CME from past 2 years

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in Primary Care specialty with EM experience
• Certifications: ACLS required, PALS required within 6 months, ATLS required only for Medical Director
• Licensure: Missouri state license and DEA in hand
