Bob Rohrman Kia is seeking a motivated, data-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an influential leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Automotive management experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with proven leadership and team-development success in other industries.
Key Responsibilities – Auto Dealership Sales Manager:
- Lead, coach, and develop the auto sales team to consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics
- Oversee daily sales operations, including showroom management, customer engagement, and deal structuring
- Use data and reporting tools to drive decision making and identify opportunities for improvement
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience best practices
- Ensure a positive, professional, and customer-centric sales environment
- Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through delivery to ensure a smooth, transparent customer journey
- Maintain high standards of accountability, ethics, and performance across the team
- Represent the dealership brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications & Skills – Auto Dealership Sales Manager:
- Prior sales or supervisory experience is required, automotive experience is preferred
- Proven leadership ability with a passion for coaching and team development
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic adjustments
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Prior sales or supervisory experience required (automotive experience preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service focus
