Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a local travel contract in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Support patients in developing or regaining daily living and work skills

• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

• Provide hands-on care under the direction of the supervising OT

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Active South Dakota COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

• NBCOT certification required

• Current BLS certification

• Previous experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred
