ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio at a top-ranked Newsweek World s Best Hospital 2025 is seeking a full-time, board-certified Otolaryngologist to join their supportive and flexible practice. Located in a thriving independent community health system, this opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a collaborative environment backed by advanced technology.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competition.
- Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in the clinic.
- Perform surgeries in one of three OR locations, including local hospitals and surgery centers.
- Utilize advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots.
- Collaborate with an onsite audiology team and various medical/surgical subspecialties.
- Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers.
- Take backup call only while APPs cover primary calls.
- Contribute to a collegial work culture that values work-life balance and physician wellness.
- Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes.
- Access Mayo Clinic resources for ongoing education and support.
- Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
- Unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain.
- DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
- Clean malpractice history and medical license.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Board Certification by the appropriate specialty board in Otolaryngology.
- Unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
- DEA certification to be obtained before starting position.
