Job J-1 visa for 2022- Flexible Geriatrics Physician needed Baltimore, MD - potential of making $350+k

• First year guarantee base Salary $220K + Bonus (seeing 18-20 patients per day)
• With the ability to transition to productivity base where physicians are earning between $350-$500k (seeing around 35 patients in nursing home)
• They are offering partnership.
• BC/BE Internal Medicine physician needed in Baltimore MD.
• You will work with 5 other physicians.
• Traditional practice to include

o 2 weeks in 2 months at one hospital doing inpatient work seeing about 10-15 patients per day

o Other 6 weeks within the 2 months

day per week in clinic,

Rest of the time working in the nursing home where there is an NP that takes the call. See patients 3-4 hours per day and then patient notes can be done from home. Will see an average of 18-20 patients for the guarantee base model

• Call schedule is 1 in 4.
• The payer mix includes: HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid and BC/BS.
• The salary is negotiable depending on your experience and what model you choose.
