Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position in Missouri requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active MO or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Medical/Surgical inpatient unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Blocked scheduling may be permitted depending on facility needs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up within the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to different contract limitations and rates
• Local contract workers are limited to three consecutive 13-week contracts at the same facility, after which a 1 year break or reassignment to another facility outside the 50-mile radius is required

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
• No certifications may be expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment, unless renewal is documented
• A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
