SIH is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Anna Primary Care practice in a part time capacity. If you're a provider that enjoys seeing all ages and working independently, this could be the opportunity for you.

- 2 days per week (Th/Fr), 8a-5p
- Convenient clinic location on Highway 51
- Experienced clinic staff
- Epic EMR with Ambient Listening for efficient charting
- Designated Rural Health Clinic
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current NCCPA (PA) or AACC (APN) certification
- Illinois Controlled Substance License or eligible to obtain
- IL DEA or eligible to obtain
- Current BLS certification
