The Program Manager Tech 3 leads complex real estate and infrastructure projects supporting cloud infrastructure initiatives within a technology company, collaborating across teams and providing strategic updates to executives. This role requires over 10 years of project management experience, strong knowledge of commercial real estate development, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PowerBI. Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Americas Portfolio Management team supporting the Cloud Infrastructure & Acquisition (CIA) function. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $53.04 - $58.37 per hour
What’s the Job?

Drive cross-team delivery within the Asset Development Due Diligence process.

Develop and present comprehensive project updates and recommendations to executives.

Manage complex real estate and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Identify risks and cross-cutting issues, communicating big-picture impacts effectively.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
What’s Needed?
-
10+ years of project and program management experience, including client-side experience on complex real estate or infrastructure projects.

Strong working knowledge of commercial real estate development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – 5+ years.

Familiarity with SharePoint and PowerBI – 2-3+ years.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as engineering drawings and architectural plans.
