JOB SPECIFICS

• We are seeking a seasoned Board-Certified, or a newly trained Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a growing, robust team
• Team is comprised of 3 OB/GYN Physicians, 3 FMOB Physicians, 1 CNM and 1 APRN
• OSF Medical Group OB/GYN Providers perform approximately 800 deliveries a year, serving Galesburg, IL and the surrounding Western Illinois area
• Conveniently located on the campus of OSF Saint Mary Medical Center in Galesburg; this multispecialty clinic brings together a collegial group of specialty Physicians with embedded social workers and behavioral health professionals.
• Opportunity for weekly outreach to smaller rural communities to grow your practice in our integrated health system.
• Weekly schedule is 3-4 days of clinic and 1 surgery day, plus outreach
• Call is a Q6 model: 1 day every week/every other week, plus every 6 th
• 2 Ultra sonographers in clinic
• Robotic surgery onsite
• Two FertilityCare practitioners who educate in the Creighton model or FEMM model of Natural Family Planning and fertility awareness.
• Interested in leadership? Opportunity to lead the practice as Supervising Clinician.

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $437,000-$500,000.

  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Doctorate
• Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal heath programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
