Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general surgical coverage while on 24-hour call
- Respond promptly to surgical consults and emergencies
- Perform procedures and interventions as required for general surgery cases
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities
Additional Information
- Tennessee medical license required
- Board certification in General Surgery required
- Must have active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience in similar call-based surgical roles preferred
