This position is for a locum tenens Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician providing clinical coverage in an inpatient psychiatric unit in Worcester, MA. The physician will work Monday to Friday, covering acute, long-term, and sub-acute psychiatric care for adult or child and adolescent patients, with responsibilities including consultations, ED coverage, and rounding. Support is provided by a team including APPs, nurses, and social workers, with temporary privileges and malpractice insurance included for the coverage period from October 1 to December 1, 2024.
