RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• History of success in developing high-performing teams
• Full-service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high-volume corporate structure
• Track record of strong leadership
• Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years 
• Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
• Must have at least $4 MM sales volume experience
• The training program will be away from your home market for up to 8 weeks
