Compensation & Schedule:
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Average earnings: $75,000 - $120,000 a year

- Welcome customers and lead them through every step of the buying journey
- Take customers on test drives and showcase vehicle features with confidence
- Educate on financing options and value-added products
- Use our cutting-edge CRM tools to build lasting relationships
- Follow up after the sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to every interaction
