Minimum Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Client requires at least an Associate degree for this role.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
  • Experience with skills-based assessment and documentation preferred.
