Compensation & Benefits- Earning Potential: $550,000 - $780,000 (based on RVU productivity + quality bonuses)
- RVU Model:
- Threshold: 7,414 RVUs
- Reimbursement: $50.69 per RVU
- Uncapped bonus structure
- Income Guarantee: One-year guarantee (based on experience); transition off once production goals are met
- Signing Bonus: $60,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000 (receipts-based)
