Position Highlights
• Experience: Minimum 6 months IR experience required (screenable if less)
• First-Time Travelers: Considered with strong IR background
• Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, NM State License (pending accepted)
• Charting/Systems: PACS
• Environment: Interventional Radiology + Hybrid OR
• ⚕ Patient Population: Neonates through Geriatrics
⚙ Core Skills & Procedures Include:
- Angiography (renal, mesenteric, pelvic, carotid)
- Embolization, TIPS, EVAR/TEVAR
- Chest tubes, biopsies, paracentesis, thoracentesis
- Central lines, ports, dialysis grafts
- Scrub & sterile field maintenance
- Equipment setup, inventory & PACS
Call Requirements:
• Weeknights: 5:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call (6:30 AM - 6:30 AM)
• Rotated call with minimum 2-hour callback if activated
Schedule Notes:
• 4x10 Days (M-F block schedule available)
• No locals within 75 miles
• Guaranteed hours (facility may call off up to 3 shifts per 13 weeks)
