Summary:
Our client in Springfield MA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing primary care practice. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and managing chronic and acute conditions in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and review medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays)
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions
- Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and disease management
- Oversee patient health outcomes and ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (MA)
- Experience in a primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine setting
- Proficient in using EMR systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills
