Join a well-established orthopedic surgery team within a respected regional health system. This role offers a dynamic mix of operating room, inpatient rounding, and outpatient clinic work perfect for an experienced APP seeking autonomy in a collaborative surgical setting.
Position HighlightsSchedule: Monday Friday, daytime hours
Mix of responsibilities:
Assist in the OR (3 days/week)
Clinic (1 day/week)
Hospital rounding on surgical patients
Occasional weekend coverage rotation
Diverse orthopedic cases including total joints (hip, knee, shoulder) and trauma
EMR: Epic
Base Salary: $105K $135K+ (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable (typically paid at start and 6-month mark)
Relocation Assistance: Negotiable
Loan Repayment: Possible
PTO: 160 hours annually
CME: $1,600 per year

Orthopedic or surgical experience strongly preferred limited on-site peer APP support
ACLS required
