• 8 ORs
• Cases: B&B, Endo, OB/GYN, Neuro , Ortho, URO
• NO Hearts Block experience a + (not mandatory)
• Model: 2 CRNAs & 2 MD/DO
• Must have Active ACLS & BLS
• EMR: Paper charting
