The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism in home settings, focusing on improving clients' skills and behaviors. The role requires an active RBT credential, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). What you'll need to be successful:

RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
