Job Description

Seeking a skilled Cardiovascular OR Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care during various cardiac surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in surgical procedures, providing direct patient care and support to the surgical team.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in the monitoring of patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR settings.
• Active NC or Compact nursing license required by the start date.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with ECMO and Impella devices is required.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
