This position is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to serve as a Primary Care Provider at the Cottonwood Community Based Outpatient Clinic, part of the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The provider will deliver ambulatory care including patient history, physical exams, diagnostics, prescribing medications, and coordinating specialist consultations as needed. Duties include clinical care, administrative tasks, participation in quality management, and maintaining electronic medical records in accordance with VA policies.
